Justin brings over 15 years of hands-on experience leading high-impact international events and training programmes—both in-person and virtual. A strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail, Justin has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and with precision.
Before founding J2D, Justin held roles with industry-leading organisations including The New York Times, CWC Group, and Deloitte. These experiences shaped his ability to navigate global teams, manage high-stakes initiatives, and deliver world-class experiences across sectors.
He thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborating with stakeholders at every level to align objectives and drive results. His leadership style is focused, motivating, and team-first—ensuring smooth execution and high performance throughout every phase of a project.
